What should I do if my Tinteling is broken?
We would like to have your details so that we can decide on the best solution. Click here to complete the form. Keep the following details to hand:- Your order number
- Your surname, address details and city
- Your employer’s name
- The name of the Tinteling that you received
- The product number of the Tinteling that you received (see packing note, eg. P0038)
- A detailed description of the part that is broken
As soon as we have received this information, we will assess whether we will forward a separate part or whether the entire Tinteling needs to be exchanged. In the case of the latter, you will receive a returns note, which should be completed in its entirety. Additional instructions are given on the returns note.
What should I do if my Tinteling needs to be repaired?
Should your Tinteling appear to be faulty on use, then please contact us. We would like to have your details so that we can decide on the best solution. Click here to complete the form. Keep the following details to hand:- Your employer’s name
- The name of the Tinteling that you received
- The product number of the Tinteling that you received (see packing note, eg. P0038)
- A detailed description of the problem
As soon as we have received this information, we will assess whether your Tinteling can be repaired or whether the entire Tinteling needs to be exchanged. Should the latter be the case, you will receive a returns note, which should be completed in its entirety. Additional instructions are given on the returns note.
How long does it take to repair a Tinteling?
A repair mostly takes a few weeks and the time is dependent on the supplier. One supplier may have its own technical department, while another may use an external technical service. These kinds of differences can influence the period within which you can expect your Tinteling to be returned.I would like to exchange my Tinteling.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange a product without reason. During the order process (if you have ordered via internet), you will have made a conscious choice for a certain Tinteling and, in view of the structure of the Tinteling concept, we cannot accept exchanges.In spite of this, we hope that you are happy with the Tinteling you receive.
I need to give personal details to place an order; what happens to these details?
In order to process your order properly, we need your name, address, postcode and city and also your email address and telephone number.The database in which these details are stored has been registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under number m1253154. In registering the database, we have indicated that we will use personal details for the following things:
- sending an order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order
- sending an order confirmation as soon as your order has been given to TNT post
- sending emails to inform you about your order (delivery times, alternatives etc.)
- calling to inform you about your order (delivery times, alternatives etc)
- sending an email with a customer satisfaction survey
- producing order statistics and reports for your employer.
Apart from the above points, we will not use your details for anything else. You will not receive any ‘spam’ from us, and we will not sell your details to third parties.
I have been asked to participate in a survey; can you tell me more about this?
As soon all orders have been placed, we conduct a survey among all customers placing an order. The goal of the survey is to measure our customers' satisfaction. Furthermore, we can filter the outcomes of the survey per customer, so that each customer can see how its own employees have experienced Tintelingen.If you indicate during the order process that you wish to participate in the survey, you will receive the survey by email in early February. In this email, you will click on a link to our website, which contains all the questions. You can answer each point with a figure from 1 to 10 or with an n/a (not applicable). Completing the survey will take 2 minutes at the most.In order to stimulate as many people as possible to participate in the survey, we will conduct a lottery among all participants with 10 great prizes for the winners!
