I get a ‘cookies’ notice but I don’t understand it.
To process a Tinteling order properly, Tinteling works with so-called ‘cookies’. Cookies are very small files that we place on your PC/laptop. These files help us to remember which Tinteling you first selected in the event that you, after a first selection, still decide to have a further look around in the web shop.Cookies cannot harm your PC/laptop in any way and Tinteling only uses the cookies to optimise the ordering process. Should you wish to know more about cookies, then go to the Help/Contents and index in your browser and then search for ‘cookies’.
I get an error message during shopping.
During ‘shopping’ all kinds of processes take place in the background to keep your ‘shopping’ on the right tracks. It can sometimes happen that these processes interfere with the ‘shopping’ and you will then see an error message. In such a case, we ask you to place your order at a later time. Should you continue to experience problems in ‘shopping’, then it is possible that this is connected to your computer's settings. In this case, it is probably a solution to place the order using another computer.
